Jeanette Randall is the Deputy Clerk in District A-West.

Ms. Randall is responsible for receipt and processing of petitions for benefits and verified petitions. She is the appropriate person to contact for scheduling or rescheduling final hearings, expedited final hearings, attorney fee final hearings, procedural and evidentiary motion hearings, and case management or status conferences. Notice of Dismissal or Notices of Cancellation are appropriately directed to her.
Clara Jarman is responsible for processing all settlements and stipulations in District A-West. She coordinates scheduling of any hearing required for approval of a settlement, including Stipulations in Support of Joint Petition (pro-se injured workers). 850.595.6310, ext. 110
Monique Hayes is responsible for receiving and processing all mail and deliveries to the District A-West Office. She is the most appropriate person to contact to confirm receipt of a delivery, mail or facsimile. Ms. Hayes also processes those documents, including scanning virtually all incoming documents. Brenda Mashburn is responsible for preparing all Notices/Orders of final hearing, expedited final hearing, attorney fee final hearings, mediations, and pretrials. She is also involved in preparing mediation reports.

James Jenkins is employed by Wackenhut Security and stationed at the Pensacola Office. He is in charge of the security of the Office and screening of all persons entering the Office. Every individual that enters this Office will pass through a metal detector, undergo a hand-wand metal scan, or both. All bags and packages are subject to search. Attorneys with a Bar card and picture identification are excused from such search. No weapons of any kind are permitted in the Office suite.
